      Problem-Solving, Leadership opportunities, Brightest minds, Respectful Leadership, and the best owner you'll ever work for; helpful colleagues. UI is a hidden Gem for entrepreneurial spirited, creative, hardworking people.

      Cons

      No cons In the past there was much feedback regarding training. Leadership has launched a full training course with video and on-line learning to address the issue. Also, you report to managers and Principals to work on different Consultant engagements, yet your GL Group Leader, VP of Consultancy works with you on areas of improvement, trainings, and promotions. Therefore, you are not at the mercy of a manager who has be given full control to give you the ax.
