      Decent pay structure compared to some in the trailer industry.

      Cons

      Laborers and front line workers are good as long as they are there to work. Management, good luck if you are not family or rooted in manheim....or wrestling.

      The parent company, Utility, makes a quality product.

      Cons

      The company motto is "faith, service, and family", yet the daily culture is the opposite. The firm does not trust their own employees to do their jobs and uses a punitive write up system to keep employees in line. It is an unhappy place to work.
