I started my career with UPSPL as a Site Engineer with some basic engineering knowledge. I worked on-site, gaining hands-on experience in project execution, and coordination with various teams. Over time, I developed a deeper understanding of core HVAC engineering, site management, and technical problem-solving, which laid a strong foundation for my professional growth in UPSPL. After 1yr of site engineer, i upgraded to Estimation engineer and now I working as a solution Development engineer. This management has a very well experienced Director and Co with values. they have taught me everything in this 2.5years of experience for me. Wherever I go I will never forget UPSPL in my life.
