Close to home GREAT COWORKERS NICE QUALITY DESK SETUP Somewhat flexible hours small no gossip office Bathroom right next door Free lunches often Hob knobbing allowed at times Pets some days running around

Stuffy, windowless office Gaslighting heads of dept unavailable for new people FIGURE IT OUT is the theme but if you are WRONG, you get lectured Toxic Chief my job is now advertised for 1,000.00 a mo more than they said they can pay me. I left after 4 weeks and that was TOO LONG. No positive feedback from dept heads Other employees complain UNDERPAID Other scandalous activities that I will not mention.

- Company: No Employee On-boarding or Training... Good Luck on your 1st day. No Growth or Goals No Opportunity No Annual Review Process No Merit Increases High Turnover (Average Employment >1 Year) Expensive Benefits if you have kids No Culture Software & Tools Outdated - CEO Doesn't support management with his own direction (Bus Drives them over their direct reports). Micro-manages and doesn't communicate back Doesn't read emails sent to him Makes decisions regarding your department w/o consulting you. Doesn't respect and value his employees More concerned about his personal home issues than helping his employees. Doesn't value his employees
