      Pros

      Founders are open to change and suggestions for improvement. Hard work is noticed and often rewarded. Many employees have been here for a decade or two. Diverse. Flexible work hours to best suit your life outside of work.

      Cons

      Inconvenient location for public transportation. Quick and stressful deadlines that often hinge on human error given the nature of the handmade products.

      Straightforward expectations. Caring leadership by managers and the owners. Ability to shift your hours earlier or later by a couple hours to best suit your work/life balance. Leadership seemed to trust the skillset that each worker specialized in. Leadership was open to new ideas in organization or artistic methods.

      A long (12min) walk from the nearest train.
