Pros

- Growth - The company is early, so there's lots of room to grow and develop professionally, and make your mark as an early employee. - Mission - The leadership and employees all feel a strong sense of mission to help people making life-changing changes to their careers. - Leadership - Even though the company itself is young, the leadership is experienced, widely respected in the community and has a strong sense of responsibility. - Remote - The company is remote-first, so you have the flexibility of working from home. - Work/Life - Leadership and the team in general are extremely serious about balancing your life needs with your work responsibilities. Leadership is much more about getting stuff done rather than you having to account for every minute of your day.

Cons

- Early - The company is growing significantly, so there are new, different challenges every day. Exciting and fun, but also can be frustrating at times. - Remote - Remote work isn't for everyone. I'd strongly consider whether you are able to work independently without being physically in office. And there's none of the cool startup stuff like foosball tables and free craft beer on tap!

Thanks for the kind comments, and I'm 100% with you about the lack of free craft beer being a real bummer. We're still improving our remote-first game, and I'll be sure to take that one to hear! :)

Pros

Solid teamwork; everyone in the team is so helpful towards each other. This was reflected even when I was a student in the program having to feel welcomed as though I have been a part of the Uvaro family for a long time. One of the main reasons for me to apply for the job as it opened up at Uvaro, was knowing that the culture is so positive, friendly, and transparent. The leaders are all around the most humble and best executives I've met. They are always supportive, full of empathy, and available to help! Apart from the best work environment and company culture, is the unlimited PTO :) They always advise for work-life balance and care for your physical and mental health. So...all-around positivity...and I can only see positive growth and trajectory for many years to come.

Cons

Nothing so far. It's still a relatively young company, but so far I can't think of any cons.

Thanks for the kind comments and detailed feedback. It's great to know which things are hitting the mark (heard you loud and clear on the PTO and life balance!), but we really do value the constructive feedback! If you think of any cons in the future, please be sure to let us know so we can address!
