Toxic work environment

Pros

The company is very good at internet marketing/clickbait.

Cons

It is important to note that my previous review was archived right before the influx of positive reviews. Leadership of this company creates a toxic and misogynistic work environment. They constantly threaten to fire employees and tell their teams they would be better off without them. The owners openly brag about their amphetamine addiction, and they constantly scream profanities at and berate their employees. They will talk about how hot other employees' wives are, how hot the models they hire are, and their hookups at strip clubs (To get a gist of the company culture: they named the conference rooms in the office after strip clubs around Vegas). None of the owners are actually passionate about fitness; the face of the company is an ex-model that paid for his personal trainer "certification". They do not care about their customers safety in neither their workouts nor their supplement line. This is just a cash-grab for them.

Pros

Honestly, I can't think of a single pro that the company had...

Cons

Where to begin... 1. Lack of Leadership 2. No direction for the company or employees 3. Shifting initiatives from month to month and even weekly. 4. Absolutely lost Exec team who pays for executive coaching and still doesn't know how to manage simple things. 5. Naming conference rooms after the Las Vegas strip clubs 6. Bragging about their drug addiction 7. Shady business practices and constant gaslighting employees 8. Making you flex into roles that are out of your job description for no extra pay. 9. No feedback REAL for professional development. 10. No pay raises in YEARS for anyone during some of the most economically challenging years in US history. I just stopped at 10. But I can promise you I can go on for hours. This is really just a team of Bros who have no idea what they're doing at any point in time. It's basically a group of the kids who sit in the back of the class and talk about how they took "$1000 and turned it into this company" and every time something in the company is going sideways and people are miserable they give you the same excuses in a never ending cycle..... Really it's like watching a slow motion train wreck. They just sell you supplements that they don't actually use themselves and talk about how they're amazing. It's just a large scale Affiliate Marketing company. Go ahead and buy one product. Watch your inbox fill up with spam.

Not worth it

Pros

If you are desperate with no experience and need to work here teach yourself the real skills for the next job on the side. If you are not tech things seem somewhat good.

Cons

You will learn nothing here if you have any previous experience. There's a major change in management or management style every three months. It seems the same issues repeat for years. You will spend more time here dealing with social issues than technical issues. They want to solve problems without investing time in getting to know their own products, technologies, or people. All five star reviews are fake.
