      upper management having foot on your neck decreased the morale and productivity. too many company changes and not enough support to navigate uncertainty

      Pros

      Salary on time and provide medical insurance with dental benefits. Colleagues are consider good, will still help each other sometimes.

      Cons

      Upper management keep on changing their decisions, said and do is totally different. Unfairness treatment and demanding. Work stressful and always like on standby mode. No help from upper management when encounter problems. Not a healthy place to work in.
