      Pros

      Really great team to work with—everyone is friendly and supportive, and people actually care about each other. The benefits are also really good. V&S has also been in business for a long time and is growing with a lot of stability for the future.

      Cons

      Could be more flexible with hybrid work.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Small office team, worked well together in the Payroll Department. I only left there due to the commute time.

      Cons

      Big changes to leadership were made with in my first year of hire. Which made me feel uneasy, however I do feel that it was changed for the better. Again, I only left due to the commute.
