Good colleagues to work with on a daily basis
Cons
Everything in this role after you start fulltime is a Con Please notice all the "positive" comments from the 17th of January. If you were able to view the IP address of these comments - I guarantee they all come from the CEO himself. CEO is controlling and thinks he is smarter than everyone else CEO doesnt give anyone an inch to try things out - its his way or no way CEO expects you to work crazy hours and has lost alot of good staff because of this

• Remote environment allows for great work/life balance • CEO trusts you to make decisions and move forward with what you think is best • Ability to manage/direct yourself - CEO does not micromanage. • Everyday is different, so the job is never boring • Ability to develop your own projects and ideas to help propel the company’s growth • All employees are extremely competent and friendly. Their level of competency is truly refreshing. • If you need help or assistance, there is always someone there for you with a quick response.
Cons
• Not really a con (unless you are a complete mooch), but don’t expect a free ride. If you want to just sit back, do nothing, and wait for a paycheck, then you better look elsewhere. The entire team is dedicated to the vision and mission of V1 and we all work for it and towards it together.
