Pros

NOTHING as they're just so bad

Cons

EVERYTHING. They're liars and searching for the impossible! First of all they lie to their customers saying that they're based in the US, All their team is in Morocco, Casablanca since they don't pay the employees here as much as in the US ( They only have a team of 3 in THE US ). In their employment requirements they ask for a computer savvy and someone who's willing to learn sales, They DO NOT ask for sales pros as they cannot pay someone who has Master degree in sales. I went there as the requirements fit me perfectly, but that was really not what they were looking for, they're just trying to find someone who can miraculously be good at sales and keep them as if they're playing poker. The training lasts 4 days, and the manager spends a maximum of 30 minutes with the newbies everyday, all we did was sitting in the balcony as we didn't have much things to do. The owner puts his nose in every single hole that he could find, doesn't trust his managers who handles newbies, and tries to teach us 'PITCHES' on how to talk on the phone ( What a joke ) ! Most of people got kicked out on their second day of the training, FOR NO REASON! The manager didn't show us how to do a DEMO UNTIL THE D-DAY of calling, whoever had a demo, had to stop the calls and look for someone to help them! The environment is TOXIC as everybody talks behind everybody's back, even the owner's as nobody respects him, everyone acts nice but the toxicity is unbearable! Instead of choosing the candidates that they like and have them for training for at least a Month before going to phone, which is what usually call centers does! They just waste 30 minutes of your time every day for 4 days and put you on the phone even though you're not ready, and if you don't make a sale they pressure you and the owner threatens to kick you out of the company! Such a joke

Pros

They offer a free lunch every Tuesday. They also are 4/20 friendly and don’t drug test. They also give you 1 free paper notepad and pencil every payday and occasionally will let you print on the office printer

Cons

I left my job to join V12. In the interview the manager told me they would give me proper sales training before making me call anybody. All they had me do was listen to other sales guys calls then forced me on the phone. They expect you to make 80 phone calls a day minimum! They constantly track them and pull you out it you make less! I’ve see 3 people fired in he first month I’ve been here so I’m already applying to other company’s. Don’t make the same mistake and leave your current job for a company who has in realistic expectations for you to meet! I seen a women get fired after 3 days and start to cry!!
