Pros
Young energetic company. Fun to work at. Health care benefits included. Different schedules available. Training in detail on products and manufacturing procedures. Cutting edge.
Cons
With the many changes in the electronic cigarette industry big tobacco has a share of the industry and much deeper pockets to sway the FDA and congress. Top management would do quarterly reviews and threaten to fire the sales department's lowest producer regardless what that person had done for the company. No loyalty at all.

Pros
A ok place to work if you are in school they will work with your schedule. A lot of overtime opportunity.
Cons
The worst places I have worked only 2 days of paid vacation when I was there. The working environment is very unprofessional from top management there was a lack of disrespect for the hourly employees. Pay doesn't increase unless you kill yourself and you kiss a lot of you know what. This is a dead end job if you work in the warehouse.
