      Pay and benefits are reasonable

      Cons

      Leaders manage by intimidation because they have no idea how to run a business. Leaders have no formal business training or experience and it is very evident. There are no process and unfortunately the customers are given terrible service.

      The pay for the most part is fair especially if you travel.

      Cons

      There is no professionalism from upper management, HR is a joke, they let go of good people that are not Yes men. Their tone is condescending at best and have you walking on egg shells.
