I worked for this company on a contract in the St Louis area. The PM is the worst I have ever experienced, disconnected from reality, and not at all equipped to handle a leadership role. Salary negotiation will be like getting a root canal,,,a painful experience that resulted in you wishing you didn't have to go through it. The PM acts as if your salary will be coming from their own account. DO NO expect to be paid what you are worth, or you will be disappointed. This company still uses the Vacation, and sick hour accrual system. BEWARE if you have sick hours, and you turn in a 2 week notice, you WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED for any sick time you have accrued, nor will you be able to use them, even though YOU earned them.

The Program Manager is completely out of touch with IT and does not understand how to hire quality people because of his lack of IT knowledge. The fact of the matter is he vividly reflects the lack of talent identification and fitment analysis skills. The turn over rate is HIGH. This is because under qualified people are being hired to save money. They become frustrated and leave, or the worst ones stay and don't leave.
