      1. Coworkers quickly become friends and family. 2. Work/life balance if able to plan correctly and dictate responsibilities to assistants. 3. Company culture is very inclusive

      1. Certain meetings require travel to Akron, OH, which for the Portsmouth, OH location that is over 4 hours away. 2. Constant changes 3. Salary position, so you feel as if you are always on-call 4. Participants can be very demanding and demeaning

      Pros

      I really enjoy working for this company. The management really cares about your well-being and they try to have a good work-life balance. There's no drama and everyone respects one another

      Cons

      The pay is pretty low and we were recently told there's no room for raises. Also, their medical benefits are not great.
