Pros
Nothing can be told actually
Cons
The management approach in the Asia region lacks professionalism and structure, resulting in significant operational confusion. There is a lack of clear visibility and understanding of team members’ performance and capabilities. High-performing employees are consistently overburdened with additional workload to compensate for underperforming colleagues (whether due to lack of competence or poor attitude). Meanwhile, leadership and managerial direction remain severely deficient, directly contributing to market share loss. Nevertheless, no meaningful accountability is applied to those responsible. As capable talent continues to depart one after another, management has shown little to no self-reflection or willingness to address the root causes, instead focusing primarily on internal office politics.
