None. Very honestly. None, zero.....well, the one pro is they never had me sign a contract on relocation, so I was able to leave after three months and head back home.
Cons
I have been in the EMS industry for over 24 years and the two gentlemen who own the company are at the top of the list for worst I have come acrss. Quality means nothing. They will sit in meetings and argue if a sentence in a CAR needs a coma or semi colon. The daily kickoff meeting is just a chane for them to scream at staff for 30 minutes and tell you how dumb you are. Honestly, I'd say within the first four hours of my first day, I realized this place was terrible and I had made a monumental mistake leaving home to work there. I was also asked, and refused to do so, falsify a report that was being sent to an automotive customer in Livonia. Often times, we were expected to deliver product to customers in our personal vehicles and not be compensated for gas etc.
