Does not care about employees, only their bottom dollar. Benefits are below standard. Expensive insurance, 1% matching 401k, bonuses non-existent, reductions in PTO when company decides, employee paid short and long term.
VATC offers tuition assistance/reimbursement and gym membership reimbursement.
Cons
VATC doesn't pay well and they have underhanded business practices. When I was recruited, I was told that we were on a 3-year contract. I was NOT told, until after I started, that only the first year was guaranteed. When VATC lost the contract (before the end of the second year), they only gave us three days' notice that we had lost our jobs. Our job positions had been advertised on the website of the company that took over for over a month at that point.
