Under the TTI umbrella so you're treated as a number, very impersonal place to work. No real business direction, very reactionary meaning for a hectic day to day workload. Senior leadership and Directors are very disconnected from employees with the company, talk about values but don't stand by them. Profit and loss is the only thing communicated from director level, business goals are unclear.
