Pros

-Pay was fair -Work/life balance was good - Benefits were okay

Cons

-The diversity of people working in this company is about as diverse as the anchors on Fox News. We're talking white rabbit in a snowstorm. -Management would argue with each other in front of employees -Office topics during downtime would get inappropriate or offensive -No HR so if you have a problem that's just too dang bad

We emailed our diversity statistics to Glassdoor to prove to them this claim was completely false. They told us they weren't responsible for whether or not things were true on their site. I think this is good for everyone to know. To the person who wrote this: If you did actually work here, I feel bad that your experience wasn't better no matter the reason. I want the people who leave here to have gained something positive from the experience. I value them for the helping to build the company. To everyone else: The bright side of this is it gives me a reason to speak about our hiring practices: Contrary to your comments, when we hire, a question we ask ourselves is, "Is this person different from everyone else here?" If the answer is yes, we see that as a positive. We believe this is good for a multitude of reasons. It prevents groupthink. Diverse backgrounds create a diversity of ideas. To have a group of people from different backgrounds with different worldviews and different ideas is not only right, but it is also good for business. We are a company of ideas and the more different our teams are, the more ideas we have to choose from. When you walk into Rekruiters, you'll meet an incredibly diverse group of people who are all different in so many ways. You will certainly find someone you share common interests with but you will find a great group of people who are all encouraged to be individuals. You will find big personalities and big ideas. We not only have people from all over the United States we have people from all around the world. If you sit down and listen to the life stories of people in this office, no two will be the same. This is one of our strengths as an organization and I am so proud of it. I sincerely hope this review does not prevent you from considering Rekruiters because it is simply not true and if you ever meet us, you'll know.

Pros

Company culture is top notch, leadership truly cares about the well-being and success of employees. It’s a business for the people. I’ve always felt empowered and supported to be my best self. It’s a meritocracy, where everyone is celebrated for their success and production, regardless of how long they’ve been here. This is how businesses should be ran. The compensation is beyond fair and there are ample opportunities for growth and improvement.

Cons

I really wish I had something to contribute here, but I do not.

Everyone at VC5 is driven, intelligent, kind, and truly so much fun to be around. You really are a part of a team when you step into the office!

Cons

Honestly don’t have any! I loved working at VC5!
