Pros

OT Flexible schedule Occasional lunches

Cons

It’s a lot of work and it doesn’t have to be. There are a lot of underutilized people in the office who get looked over because of ego. They created a “billing hub” so that we could all work together, but it’s really just one small group being overworked by a manager who is either extremely overwhelmed or just doesn’t know how to properly manage the work. Upper management doesn’t really seem to know how to properly manage the company since I heard the hub was the VPs idea and he just never really saw it through. When I first got hired after they created the hub, it was a little more lively in the office and I could see why people had been here for a while but the vibes are just completely off now and I wouldn’t be surprised if they lost more people.
