      Pros

      Probably the best company I have worked. Danny my manager is excellent and is always there to help even if you have made a error or slight mistake one of the best mangers I have come across in my 12 year security officer career. Also not to mention all the benefits that come with it like gym memberships dentalcare eye site and a cash saving plan etc. Plus they top up alot more in your pention pot than other companies. Also from the H.R department Yasmine from goes above and beyond for you i think she needs a pay increase. Here at Veka they treat you like family.

      Pros

      All looks professional enough from the exterior. Provided Uniform, after a couple of weeks (None in stock at time). Accessible by public transport due to 7am or 7pm start.

      Cons

      Its so disorganised, nobody seems to know what they are doing. The shifts are long, pattern is no good for family people, involves every other weekend and the job is very hard at the moment as seems to be no workers?? Management need to be around more i think because it is a mess. No help is given when things are going wrong.
