      Avoid at all costs!

      Pros

      Nice office and facilities. Many, nice & clever people in the company.

      Cons

      Incredibly badly managed company. General Executive Committee (senior management team) can only be described as incompetent. Focus is on internal politics and scoring points rather than running the business. They have the share price performance you would expect. Exceptionally bad job security with 3rd restructuring in 1.5 years underway. No strategy or plan for the future.

      Questionable ethics of management

      Pros

      The company indeed evolved as a new organization by streamlining processes and optimizing internal controls. It sold unprofitable business in Italy and scales down strategic digital business.

      Cons

      Senior management has questionable ethics and notable conflicts of interests exist. For example, acting CEO Ursula Burns started process of cutting salaries and firing staff by engaging Teneo, expensive consultant firm, where she has a contract as paid senior advisor (easy to verify on Teneo website)

      Pros

      Good compensation, some great talent, however mismanaged.

      Cons

      A chaotic and mismanaged company, constant change of direction without no transparency or logic behind. Seems to bring the worst out in people due to an enormous pressure, messy atmosphere, no respect to employees or their contribution, and opposite-of-supportive working cultures, especially at management level.
