Pros

Flexibility, salary, work conditions, friendly, casual, benefit.

Cons

Beaurocratic. Political. I saw many unhappy people that stay for salary only. Inexplicable lack of vision which make you feel sad. Used to be much better, very sorry for this. Still I have learn a lot and i experience was important.

Pros

- If you are lucky to get a good boss and team, they will care about you both as an employee and human. - People get the opportunity to move between brands.

Cons

- Highly political environment where decisions are made to appease certain people and levels in the hierarchy instead of doing the right thing. - A lot of decision making makes no sense and lacks logic. (Point about appeasing hierarchy again.) - Incredibly poor communication (e.g. timing of communication, how info is delivered, lacking tact and empathy in communication) - Preaches that "people come first" but act in a way that makes employees feel that they are not valued. - Definitely being paid below the market value in Ticino. - More focused on saving money by cutting corners, building bespoke software, cutting headcount instead of understand how investments in those things can actually build stronger and more cost-effective solutions in the long run. - Systems and processes are old, convoluted and don't work. (Again, unwilling to invest.) - Toxic HR - they do not act with integrity and are massively lacking communication and people skills. - HR and Management are very far behind in how to handle mental health - what they are taught is what you should not ever say or do to people struggling with mental health. - Europe headquarters in Stabio is in the middle of nowhere. - Management are more concerned about churning out lower-quality products instead of standing up for the brand values and acting with integrity. - Lacking in opportunities to grow. - Not very diverse when a majority of employees are across the border.
