VFP's unique and vibrant culture, carefully protected and fostered, sets the tone for an exceptional day-to-day experience as an employee. We work hard, take time to appreciate and celebrate our successes, and push ourselves to go the extra mile to deliver excellence every day. As we as we expand our footprint within the Salesforce and FinancialForce ecosystems, there are plentiful opportunities for growth to be seized by anyone with the ambition to raise their hand and dive in. We're on a great trajectory; it's been a fun ride shared with amazing people, and I expect it will only get better.
Cons
Consulting, especially at a small company that is growing quickly, requires a certain disposition. Some people are not well-suited to the pace and personal and professional stretching required to thrive.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with VFP! Your focus on our culture is particularly meaningful because it's foundational to what we've become today -- and to where we're going. We'll continue to spend a lot of energy thinking about culture as we grow, and you can expect to keep seeing it front and center in meetings, conversations, and plans!
Even though we're growing like crazy, hiring is solid and the culture is great. An amazing team. Being involved in the Salesforce ecosystem is the place to be. We're getting bigger, more complicated and more interesting projects with opportunity to travel overseas. VFP seems to be willing to invest a lot of money on marketing and other things given that we're still a small company. There's a lot of travel, but it's definitely not as much as other consulting companies. Leadership actually cares about everybody who works here and spends a lot of time making sure the vision is clear and everybody feels connected. The company meetups twice a year are a lot of fun. Compensation here is solid.
Cons
There's a lot that we are figuring out as we go, which is exciting but can be a bit frustrating at times.
Since starting at VFP, I have learned that hard work pays off and you can be rewarded. I enjoy working at VFP because of the people. People say this about their company, but it's the absolute truth at VFP. We have a great team of consultants with varied backgrounds and I love getting to know every one of them. At work, I look forward to challenging projects and interesting clients. VFP makes my work life easier by supporting ongoing training and certification growth. I am also trusted to get my work done without being micro-managed.
I’m proud to work at VFP because we've worked hard to establish ourselves as trusted advisors and that's a great feeling.
Cons
They say the grass is greener on the other side, but I believe it's up to you to find the right shade of green, and for me, that's VFP.
