Pros

2 days off, nothing else can be found!

Cons

Racism, Indians in this company only considering that their own race who should be managing all the important functions and gets all the excellent benefits. If you're another nationality and you possess a good position, be sure that you are providing triple effort and performance than any other indian who is in the same level and getting more benefits than yours. The culture is obvious as they are trying to be the new GCC citizens and sponsors in this company. For 2 years I was trying to change that impression, but every decision was made by the top management which is by the way 80% indians, was confirming their vision. They even know that thier are some corrupted individuals in the middle management at GCC but because those individuals are indians, they promoted them :D

Pros

Nice office. Customer-centric culture.

Cons

Despite several HR and people programs have been executed, there is a need for some leaders to understand and support their accountability for inspiring & developing/growing their people as they grow the business.

Pros

Multicultural work environment... Good office ambiance

Cons

- Bad hiring process - Failure to identify & develop talent - Salaries & Benefits given to qualified & experienced personnel is way less than those without appropriate qualifications & experience. - Disrespect of qualified & experienced personnel - High levels of Nepotism & Racism. Personal assistant can become country manager easily here and manage a whole region(read mismanage a whole region, delivering zero profitability and still stay in the company) - Managers highly insecure & political with zero leadership skills - Lack of communication, brainstorming & knowledge sharing between members of the team. - Unqualified C-level people with no outlook towards strategic thinking. All in the game to pocket investors funds in unimaginable ways...None has any clue about business strategy, except one though.... - The company is in a trial and error mode with lack of clear strategy
