Please watch out. This company makes fake resumes and exploits you. No pay for 6 weeks and they will hold your visa.

No Pros. They are liars, cheats, frauds and take advantage of smart, technical, hard working people by giving them 60% rate and hold your pay for 3 to 4 pay periods and they will manipulate your resume and if you leave, they will send a mass email to all their vendors blacklisting you. Do not trust them.

Cons

These guys are crooks. They will create a huge problem for you later on. Once you get a job, they will keep 40% of your pay and wont pay for the first 6 to 8 weeks and they will threaten you by holding your visa and blacklist you to all vendors. Once there, your stuck. They are unethical please beware please. Its better for you to pay someone to train you and then set you free with a resume.

Unethical management, Fraudulent practices, Cheap tactics . Takes advantage of vulnerable H1B employees. The provide limited training and put pressure on employees to add "made up experience and skill sets" as needed by the job opening. Candidates are pushed to face interviews without substantial training and experience. Search for Vforce.pissedconsumer in google to read about employees woes about the company.
