-Toxic and unprofessional leadership from the top down -Old school leadership team who both don’t understand the modern business landscape/ e-commerce and can barely write a coherent email or lead a meeting with an agenda -Disorganized with no strategy, no process, and no forward thinking (and no desire to change or operate in anything but chaos) -Business decisions are made last minute via slack by management, no professionalism towards those executing on those decisions -Leadership has a track record of racist and harassing behavior. HR complaints get no traction and are ignored. Employees with HR violations filed against them are promoted rather than held accountable. -Business has no money, but you’re expected to operate like a million dollar business with unlimited resources despite the inability to pay anyone -Do NOT apply or accept a job here, no matter what they try to tell you. You’ll regret it immediately. -No 401K match, startup health insurance with high monthly premiums for employees, no parental leave policy outside FMLA despite being a brand powered nearly entirely by women

This is the most toxic workplace I have ever been in. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. No resources provided. Management and related team are rude, competitive, and spiteful. Retaliatory tactics and verbal abuse are the norm and not addressed in a professional manner by executive team
