Pros
The atmosphere around the office is always lively and energetic! In turn, that translates into positive and optimistic attitudes for the employees in the office. With all the support, motivation, and positivity, it is hard to have a bad day here. It makes you motivated to do your best!
Cons
The only thing I would have to say is that when employees leave for business trips, the vibes of the other employees are missed! (traveling is a perk though!)
