Pros

When I first interviewed with VIQU, I remember being really impressed by the office straight away. It felt fresh, clean, and full of energy. Walking across the floor, you could see how busy and active everything was, which was exciting (even if I was a bit nervous at the time). I was genuinely thrilled when I got offered the job by Melinda, and since joining, that feeling hasn’t changed. Danielle, my manager, has been fantastic. The level of coaching, training, and support she gives, along with the rest of the team, has been brilliant and really makes a difference day to day. One of the things I like most is how the leadership team works. They all sit on the sales floor with everyone else, no separate offices, and they’re involved in the job just like I am. I was once told told that real leadership is about showing, not telling, and that’s exactly how it feels here. Pay is great and lots of trips and incentives. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience so far, and I’d happily recommend VIQU as a great place to work.

Cons

If I had to mention one downside, it would probably be the parking. I usually rely on public transport, which is handy with the tram and train station being 2 mins away, but it would be great if there were more affordable parking options nearby, as it can cost around £5 a day. That said, there are sometimes spaces available on Fridays at VIQU's office, and it’s helpful that I can use office parking at the weekends.
