      Pros

      I love the fresh take on the products, a far cry from the hum drum of what other consulting companies offer. Lots of varied challenges. Great potential for growth. Senior management makes it a point to foster work life balance.

      Cons

      can't really think of many. Some projects require a lot of improvisation, depending on the clients, but upper management is able to handle it masterfully.

      Pros

      It's a very exciting place to work in. Clients recognize the value of Vitamina's proposition. Decisions are shared and discussed with employees. Theres a real sense of belonging. Home office is a promoted concept here.

      Cons

      As with any startup, processes could use an upgrade. Also, with client base growing, will need to increase staff soon...
