Not the best place to work, low salary, high demanding of working hours and no overtime paid.

The pioneer of laser technology in mobile speed traffic.

Cons

Bad management, worker just focusing of perception for office politics, they don't want to work just wanna get paid, top management heavy and they also make too many irrational decision that lead to revenue loses.

The org has great products, and the environment in AUS office is good.

Cons

The understanding that a product itself does not make a successful business has not sunk in yet; there is an over-reliance on project managing everything and charge customers for it.
