Pros

Learn new technologies in traffic and logistic.

Cons

Low wages,no overtime paid, demanding long hours work..company too busy with internal politics, no career progression in Australia subsidiary.

Family owned - Engineering mindset

The org has great products, and the environment in AUS office is good.

Cons

The understanding that a product itself does not make a successful business has not sunk in yet; there is an over-reliance on project managing everything and charge customers for it.
