- Disorganized management. The style for management is mostly hands-off but not for good reason. There isn't enough staff. Management is always putting out three different fires at once and has little time to deal with anything you may need
- Problematic business model for both customers and employees. Staff is intentionally limited giving less ability to address customer issues in a timely manner. This works against the company and employees while also upsetting customers
- Lower level employees have high amounts of responsibility, mostly due to the extremely small staff. Expect to deal with problems not defined in your job description at the time of hiring
- You are lead to deal with customers in a way that disregards the money that they are paying for proper service. If you have any conscience at all, you will feel slimy about how customer issues are addressed and resolved
- Work/life balance. Management pushes you to use your personal time and social medias to grow their business rather than company time and company social media accounts
- No role in this company is well defined. Management fills gaps wherever needed by adding on new responsibilities
- They had intention to short my last paycheck an entire months commission. If I made no pushback they would have gladly not payed me. I have several issues with my experience here but above all this is the worst part of it
