      New management has no knowledge of people management. Legal problems galore. Employees being made the scapegoat. Suffocating atmosphere. HR is run by daughter of owner, not independant. Do not go there.

      Pathetic man management.Absurd hiring process P.S : If you are a mechanical engineer or transportation/environmental engineer from a sub standard university in mid west where you can get in with a gre score of 280, you are deemed good enough to be an estimator at Vja. This company is full of sycophants and incompetent people.
