On time salaries & learning from superiors.

Cons

No work life balance, late working hours, no bonus or increments, tensed atmosphere all the time, no appreciations at all, no proper support from management for vendor payments, works are just assigned without proper support from management, multiple boss factors, mismanagement of hierarchy, office politics and the list would be endless. Employer should take care of its associates who are working for the betterment of the organisation.
