Pros
I saw the company went through many transitions. I got several opportunities to grow and even though I had joined as a trainee , I rapidly moved through the ranks - during my tenure with VMCI worked with various managers and all recognized my efforts. I also went through several trainings and i can probably say that I learnt something new every single day that I worked at VMC. What is different about VMC is that the management constantly invests in infrastructure and during my tenure the company shifted office twice Good Salary, WFH, But no future. Appraisal cycle is too slow. They usually take 3-4 months from the appraisals date to do so.
Cons
The managers on occasion adopt a somewhat careless attitude towards some of their deportees but if you go and speak to them then they are very quick to correct the same.
