Good temporary job, good way to get permanently hired at the complexes themselves (but you have to work a minimum of hours with VMG first)

Cons

Irregular schedule, lots of overnight shifts, hard to find free parking, training constantly for different assignments

Pros

VMG Resources does a great job at finding assignments for their associates. Working for VMG has opened up new doors for me in the property management industry.

Cons

In working for a temp agency you are moved around a lot. Also, there are no benefits as a temporary associate.
