Pros

This used to be a great place. Not anymore. Avoid at all costs. It is for sale. Multiple buyers have been walked through.

Cons

Current management has no clue. Completely inexperienced. The president of the board doesn’t care about the company. A consultant to the board whom is only there for his personal financial gain. All agency nursing.

Pros

Love the residents. Other than that,…. Crickets.

Cons

Prior to May 21, 2020 the leader at the top was an absolute monster and micro manager. Some other posts noted a “sinking ship”, I’m sorry to say that’s about right. The prior CEO demolished, good quality management and mid-management either through them leaving on their own accord or she simply didn’t like them. I lot, I mean a LOT of quality talent was lost. The CEO prior to May 21, 2020 did such extensive damage to the staff, which then reflected on the treatment of residents, to the extent one would have to question as to weather or not this company can recover. The board of directors should have acted to remove the CEO long, long ago. They are also to blame.
