Pros

They love to throw money at resources and hardware that you may need to get the job done.

Cons

Goals and requirements change on a daily basis. You are constantly forced to sacrifice quality unless you are willing to give up your personal life to squeeze it in.

Pros

Excellent culture Job security Upper management listens to opinions

Cons

Most time work longer than a 40 hour work week and no additional compensation due to being salaried. Small company, so process building is slow and most need to be refined.

Pros

One of the most honest companies i have ever worked for. They truly value their employees and give them every opportunity to be successful. Unlike other companies where you are treated like a number, here at VMR the employees are kept motivated which creates a pleasant work atmosphere.

Cons

Like with any growing company, there will always be bumps in the road. I have learned to adapt to them.
