      Pros

      VMRay may be a start-up company but there is a large amount of opportunity here. The close-knit environment of the sales/marketing team makes collaboration flow so well. The work-life balance here is also a major pro of VMRay. Working at a growing company with a cutting edge technology is the golden combination.

      Cons

      Since it is a start-up, there's a lot of undefined with workflows, but this leads to more innovation and room for opportunities to make things work.

      * Small teams with opportunities to share and implement your ideas. * Open communication culture where you can directly discuss topics with anyone, including senior leadership. * Regular company events and activities. * Welcoming and inclusive environment. International employees are welcomed. * Interesting niche technical products with continuous innovation and expansion. * The company actively works toward maintaining a low-stress work environment. * Flexible working hours and a supportive work-from-home culture.

      Would be different for different people however since teams are small and if you are correct then you can make a change yourself :)

      Some great people work there

      Cons

      leadership. They have no plan or know what they are doing. Great ideas and solutions are presented by employees but nothing ever happens. Tons of false promises and "we will consider it". For a company that's been around for 10 years there is a reason its still small and struggling to generate business. If you are considering joining the sales team, please don't. You do not want to work for the leadership there.
