Extremely Toxic Work Culture | Exploitative Management | Misleading Hiring Practices
Pros
No pros at all, only cons.
Cons
Employees are routinely expected to work 100–120 hours per week, which is neither sustainable nor humane. Overwork is normalized, and exhaustion is treated as commitment rather than a serious concern. There is no regard for employee well-being, mental health, or work-life balance. A 5-day work week was promised during hiring, but without proper communication or discussion, Saturdays were later made mandatory. Policy changes are imposed abruptly, with no respect for employee expectations. HR practices are highly unprofessional. Employees who question policies or raise concerns are often threatened with termination. In several cases, employees were pressured to submit resignations and still required to serve notice periods — and in some situations, notice period compensation was not provided fairly. The overall environment feels highly political rather than professional. Decisions are influenced by internal favoritism and pressure rather than fairness or structured processes. Instead of valuing talent and encouraging growth, management relies on intimidation and excessive workload. If you value your health, career growth, and dignity, think carefully before joining.
