know-it-all ceo who doesn't really manage the company until he decides you're doing something the wrong way destroys relationships with other businesses because they can't pay people on time also don't pay employees on time underpaid for the amount of expectations and workload can't deliver a quality product to customers because management gets in their own way too many issues to list here

VNYL is amazing concept and a very cool service, remote options, flexible hours.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. 0 benefits, you plateu v quickly, management has horrible communication skills.
