      Poorly Run, Driven by Greed

      Pay was higher than other companies in the area.

      Cons

      I was depressed and anxious every Sunday at the thought of trudging through yet another week here. The company is owned by one man who wants to turn his investment into a profit so management will cut corners in the pursuit of money. Lots of office politics and oftentimes employees (at all levels) will get yelled at because leaders don’t know how to lead. Nepotism runs rampant as promotions are given to the owner’s friends and their families. The good reviews of this company, especially on Google, are written by HR or the temp agency they hired. This company may pay well, but it’s not worth the stress and lack of growth.

      I guess they have Paid lunch

      Cons

      Toxic environment from the top down. HR is full of liars and manipulators. Don’t care about employees at all and have run several off.

      Pros

      Hours were nice. Staff are good to work around.

      Cons

      Management is management. Keep to their own. Problems seem to take forever getting resolved, if ever at all. High turnover. They rarely promote from within.
