Pros
The team at VOGLIO is awesome. Everyone genuinely cares about helping each other grow and people actually care about what's happening in your life outside of work. It's easy to see the impact the work you do has on the company's growth. The company also does a good job at making sure everyone's voices are heard when it comes to big decisions. There's quite a bit of room to grow in your career if you're motivated to do so because the company is growing, the team is really great at helping you learn the things you need to learn to grow, and leadership is willing to give opportunities to people who want them. The work life balance is also great, which is hard to find in an agency.

There are sometimes some growing pains at VOGLIO. The company is still working on putting the right processes in place to support a growing team.
