Not many hard works based on the project, let's you leave off time. Not much extra work based on the project. Lots of free time if there is no work.
Cons
Depending on the manager, you might be responsible for many parts of the data collection. Not much compensation for the effort and time spent. My manager almost gave me taksts pretty much 60 to 70% of the whole project.
