Pros
This company is who they say they are . The mission statement of VOXO is more than just words pasted on the wall for people to see, it is embodied in each member of the team ; from the senior leaders to the newest hire. VOXO aims to enhance peoples lives through business using Godly principles. The mindset of people > profit is unheard of in the realm of business and is one thing that truly makes this company special . This mindset creates a work environment that is enjoyable and results in myself and the team excited to come into work on a daily basis, opposed to the traditional mundane office environment that employees dread.
Cons
Although it has matured greatly over the past few years, VOXO is still a young company. With this being the case work/life balance could be better and some SOP / processes are lacking. It has gotten much better over the years , and will continue to improve as the company grows. Myself and much of the team have a bit of a entrepreneurship mindset and quite enjoy this 'scrappiness' , however it may not be for everyone.
