Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us here at Voya. We set a high standard for ourselves and to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business is disappointing We do our utmost to promote a positive working experience which includes Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), in-house yoga and Pilates, appreciation gifting, promoting a healthy work/life balance which is something that receives great feedback in our employee surveys. Incorporating a comprehensive programme in mental health and wellbeing has been an important factor for supporting our employees in everyday life. HR Manager.

Pros

Lovely offices in an open plan workspaces, lots of new product developments, launches, staff involved in testing and trials, various activities organised, customer training facilities with onsite academy. Growing award winning business, expanding quickly over the past few years. Qualified and experienced hard working staff, some colleagues would move mountains to get the workload done efficiently along with keeping up with the queries and orders.

Cons

At times interdepartmental communication breakdown can be a struggle, along with sharing responsibilities on projects, decision making and achieving timelines. If you are not good at multitasking and keeping up the pace, this is definitely not the place for you.
