Easy to get the job (but see cons)

Cons

Coworkers shirking duties. Once worked a site for 12 hours with no washroom and no explanation of where else to go (turned out I just held it till shift was finished). people don't take the job seriously so people who actually follow orders look strange.

There is not one good thing to day about this company unless you enjoy working in a circus where no one even has any clue where any of their guards are

Cons

Unorganized, spiteful, two-faced, thankless, liars, pay mistakes regularly. Basically everything about the company is bad. They are just generally shady
