-Amazing colleagues and will help each other. -Free lunch for 3 days is the only benefit.

Cons

-Poor work-life balance. I was working for 10-11 hrs daily. They will just pretend that they care about you. -Extremly poor management. They keep changing their own decisions. -Anyone will be fired anytime. They always keep looking for people behind your back so they always have vacancy. -Try to target projects which were out of their potential. -They just follow traditional construction practice.

As a VPAC Construction Group LTD employee, my experience reveals certain aspects of the organizational culture, including elements of artificial harmony, favouritism, and nepotism. Regrettably, these factors contributed to a notable turnover of competent employees. The absence of clear procedures and well-defined roles and responsibilities for each position added to the challenges and confusion among employees. I hope that the company takes proactive measures to address these issues and create a more positive and structured work environment for its team members.
