Job security is virtually nonexistent, as the company clings to outdated legacy technologies, making roles unsustainable in the long term. Employees are treated as mere placeholders, with their positions only secure as long as they are mapped to a client. Once unallocated, they are forced to resign, creating an environment of uncertainty and distrust. This approach is neither sustainable nor respectful of employees' contributions and growth.

Crazy working time. The company expects you to work for 10 hours without additional compensation. Employees' opinion doesn't matter. Won't back you up in front of the client. Management micromanages a lot.
